• On the homepage, click on the Login option. Enter your 10-digit mobile number in the provided field.

OTP Verification :

• You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile number. Enter the OTP in the field provided and click Submit to proceed.

Complete Your Profile :

• After logging in, you will be directed to your profile page. Fill in all the required details and upload the necessary documents for verification.

Driver’s License Verification :

• Upload both pages of your valid driver’s license. Ensure the license is for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV). The uploaded pages should include:
• Front page (personal details and photograph).
• Back page (vehicle categories allowed, including LMV).

Aadhaar ID Verification :

• Upload both pages of your Aadhaar card (front and back) for identity verification.

Address Verification :

• Upload three pages of your passport :
• The name page (your personal details).
• TThe address page (where your address is listed).
• The issuing authority page (for additional validation of the document).
• Once all the information and documents are uploaded, click Submit to proceed.

Verification :

• Your details, including the uploaded documents (driver’s license, Aadhaar, and passport), will be verified. A unique Customer ID will be generated once the verification is complete. This process may take up to 30 minutes.

Start Booking :

• After successful verification, you will receive your Customer ID. With your verified account, booking cars becomes much easier and faster. You can now quickly access and book vehicles without needing to go through the verification process again. Enjoy a smoother experience !
