Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before 24 hours of Booking Time, will be charged ₹500/- Or 25% of the Total rent whichever is maximum.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking Time, will be charged ₹1000/- Or one full day rent whichever is maximum.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of Booking Time, will be charged one full day rent.
  • In case of a booking is cancelled due to inability to produce valid proofs during car pickup, will be charged ₹1000/- Or 100% of full day rent whichever is maximum.

Note: The refund will be credited to the user's account within 48 working hours.

Damage & Repair's Policy

  • If any Damage accrued at Customer side and the repair cost strictly will collected as per OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer (E.g) if vehicle is Toyota brand Vehicle means Toyota Authorized Estimation will be considered as OEM Estimation.
    (a) Minor - OEM Estimation Not more than Rs.10,000
    (b) Major - OEM Estimation more than Rs.10,000
    (c) Severe – OEM Estimation more than Rs.20,000 or the repair working days more than 10 days
  • If the damage is estimated as Minor, The total estimation will be debited from Customer security deposit. If the estimation is more than security deposit the remaining amount will be collected from the Customer.
  • If the damage is estimated as Major, if that is eligible for insurance claim, Minimum of Rs.10000 and the unclaimed amount will be collected from the Customer. After all the payment collected from Customer, contract will ends, up to that the Customer’s properties will not handover to the Customer.
  • If the damage is estimated as Severe, If is it eligible for insurance claim, The total unclaimed amount and daily lease cost (Not less than Rs.1000 per day max Rs.2500 per day) will be collected from the Customer. After all the payment collected from Customer, contract will ends, up to that the Customer’s properties will not handover to the Customer
  • The Customer shall carry out any repairs arising during the period of the lease at different city, the repair has to be done on his own cost (Only at OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer) with the knowledge of Lessor and as recommended by the Lessor or else the same amount will be deducted from the deposit. If the repair charges exceed the deposit amount, the excess amount should be paid by the Customer.

Fuel Policy

  • As per our policy, fuel is always exclusive. We strongly recommend returning the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.

Fastag Policy

  • We have attached a FASTag to the car for your convenience, allowing you to use it like a prepaid service. You can easily recharge the required amount via UPI apps such as GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. Any excess amount beyond your usage will be refunded, and if you use the existing balance, the amount will be debited accordingly. For any assistance in finding or learning about your FASTag account or provider, feel free to ask the delivery person when collecting the car.
To Recharge the FASTag, Follow These Steps:
  • Open a UPI app like GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
  • Select the "FASTag" option under bill payments or search for it.
  • Enter the vehicle number and choose the FASTag provider (such as IDFC, ICICI, Kotak, etc.) associated with the car.
  • Enter the desired amount you want to recharge.
  • Confirm and complete the payment through UPI.

Note: Once recharged, the amount will be available for use within a maximum of 15 to 30 minutes.

To Check Your FASTag Balance, Follow These Steps:
  • Open your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
  • Look for the FASTag section.
  • Select the option to view your balance.
